ASPECTE ISTORIOGRAFICE ALE PROBLEMEI BASARABIEI ÎN SPAŢIUL GEOPOLITIC EUROPEAN : 1812 – PREZENT

Abstract

În prezenta lucrare a fost efectuată o analiză a istoriografiei problemei Basarabiei în spaţiul geopolitic european. Au fost scoase în evidenţă cele două curente geopolitice din istoriografia moldovenească: cel pro-Vest şi cel pro-Est. În prezent se poartă o polemică între reprezentanţii celor două curente geopolitice. Ea este benefică pentru dezvoltarea istoriografiei din Republica Moldova în general şi pentru studiile dedicate problemei Basarabiei în particular. În articol a fost abordată şi problema Bucovinei de Nord în contextul istoriografiei problemei Basarabiei (începând cu momentul istoric 28 iunie 1940). Printre concluziile formulate pot fi menţionate următoarele: curentele istoriografice (pro-Vest şi pro-Est) reprezintă opţiuni geopolitice ale cercetătorilor care le împărtăşesc; competiţia sau lupta între cei doi actori geopolitici–UE şi Rusia –privind teritoriul Republicii Moldova se poartă şi pe câmpul istoriografiei, precum şi pe cel al Ştiinţelor Politice (implicit, în domeniul ştiinţific al Relaţiilor Internaţionale); faptul că curentul pro-Vest este mai proeminent (a produs monografii şi studii mai numeroase şi mai consistente) este un indiciu al orientării celei mai mari părţi a intelectualităţii moldoveneşti ştiinţifice (din domeniul cercetării) spre aderarea Republicii Moldova la UE şi spre integrarea sa europeană.

In this paperan analysis wasmade of the historiography of the problem of Bessarabia within the European geopolitical space. There have been highlighted both geopolitical trends in the Moldovan historiography: thepro-West andpro-East. There is an on going polemic between the representatives of the two geopolitical trends. Itis beneficialfor the development of the historiography in Moldova, in general, and regarding the issue of Bessarabia, in particular. In the article there has also been addressed the subject of the Northern Bukovina in the context of the historiography on the Bessarabia problem(since 28 June 1940). Among the conclusions there are the following: The historiography trends in (pro-West and pro-East) are the geopolitical options of the researchers who share them; The competitors or the struggle between the two geopolitical actors–the EU and Russia–regarding the territory of the Republic of Moldovais waged on the field of historiography and of Political Sciences(by default,of the Science of the International Relations); The fact that pro Western trendis more prominent(it produced more umerous and consistent monographs and studies) is an indication of the orientation of the most Moldovan intellectuals (scientific researchers) to Moldova's accession to the EU and to European integration
