Migrația are contribuții substanțiale la de populare și la diminuarea potențialului forței de muncă. Majoritatea migranților din Republica Moldova, 90%, sunt persoane cu cerere de muncă. Majoritatea (40%) sunt tineri de vârstă reproductivă. Bărbații constituie 66%, femeile 34%. În cazul femeilor emigrante, întoarcerea lor în țară este mai modestă, comparativ cu bărbații. O nouă dimensiune a activării emigrării feminine în scop de muncă distruge vechile stereotipuri din societate. Mediul rural are cele mai grave consecințe.
Migration has substantial contributions to depopulation and diminishing the potential of the labor force. The majority of migrants from the Republic of Moldova, 90%, are people with the application of work. Most of them (40%) are young people of reproductive age. Men constitute 66%, women 34%. In the case of emigrant women, their return to the country is more modest, compared to men. A new dimension of activating female emigration for work purposes destroys the old stereotypes in society. The rural environment has the worst consequences.
