Sexual violence against children remains a sensitive topic and, unfortunately, relevant, given the fact that it is gaining momentum, manifesting itself, including in the virtual space. This article analyzes international instruments protecting the rights of children in general and from sexual violence in particular.
Abuzul sexual față de copii rămâne a fi un subiect sensibil, și din păcate, actual, având în vedere faptul că, acesta, ia amploare, manifestându-se și în spațiul virtual. Prezentul demers științific își propune să analizeze instrumentele internaționale care vin să protejeze drepturile copilului, per general, iar împotriva abuzului sexual, în special.
