Abstract:
In this article, the author treats the issue of jurisdictional immunity of the states in law suits of the international private law, including the settlements that the article 457 from the Code of Civil Procedure of Republic of Moldova contents. Also are analised the two conception that ground the problem of the immunity of the state and his goods the absolute immunity and the functional immunity.
