Abstract:
The digital transformation of media is a complex and ongoing process with significant
implications for how we consume and interact with media content. In this context, the metaphor
of informational ecosystems describes in a complex form the current structure of the mass media,
reshaped by the appearance of new informational spaces and new functions redefined in the
production of journalistic material.
The identity of the media and informational ecosystems, in a society marked by technological
progress, is represented by several factors, but also by how we manage to harmonize an
author’s creation with a content dictated by algorithmic logics. In this process, it is important
to have a clear understanding of the goals outlined, specific to the act of creation on one hand,
and on the other hand, the use of artificial intelligence in content generation, as a reliable ally.
