Abstract:
In modern conditions, elite sport places special demands on the process of studying and individualizing training in order to obtain high results of the functional capacities and results of the athlete in the activity of competitions. For this, it is necessary to adapt the athlete’s body to the regularly recurring changes in environmental conditions (seasonal fluctuations, light level, temperature, air humidity, geomagnetic field) that have a significant impact on physiological, biochemical and immunological processes in post preparation competitive and competitive of the athlete. As a result of the complex chronophysiological study under conditions of activity of highly skilled athletes, models of annual, seasonal and monthly adaptive physiological biorhythms of training were identified, it was demonstrated that during the performance of maximum intensity tasks the raport of anaerobic creatinine phosphate and glycolytic mechanisms of energy supply in athletes depends on the season of the year and the characteristics of long-term adaptation to training tasks.
