Abstract

В настоящей статья авторами исследуются основные особенности право-вой природы и правового регулирования договора оптовой купли-продажи товаров в законодательстве Республики Молдова, а так же приводятся отличительные черты договора оптовой купли-продажи товаров от договора поставки товаров.

In this article the author examines the main features of the legal nature of the contract and the legal regulation of the wholesale purchase and sale of goods in the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, as well as the distinctive features of the agreement are a wholesale sale of goods by the contract for delivery of goods.
