The statute of consolidated justice represents a terminological entity from a theoretical point of view and a result of the dynamic process of justice consolidation from a practical point of view, being specific for the justice phenomenon. The paper explains some necessary steps of the mentioned process, for obtaining and maintaining the justice consolidated. Analysing the real state of the national justice represents the first step and it comprises the activity of a variety of actors, who must be selected only on professional criteria (the Supreme Court of Magistracy, the Minister of Justice, professional associations, Prosecution representatives, including the Supreme Court of Prosecutors). The transformation of the general conscience and the juridical professional conscience, specific for the level of juridical ideology and psychology is the second step and it contributes to a new configuration of justice. The third step represents the process of normative transformation and identifying the state institutions able to influence it, for adjusting the law to the functional and organisational aspects of justice. And, as a last step, must be evaluated the final results of the process of justice consolidation, identifying potential difficulties and errors. In conclusion, the process of justice consolidation must be made step by step, to obtain and guarantee the consolidation justice as a statute and to maintain its quality and efficiency.
vă a statutului justiţiei consolidate.
