dc.description.abstract	This publication emphasizes the legal form of social security service rendering. In the social insurance system all benefits are contributory and are called social insurance service rendering. Social insurance service rendering represents payments of money or goods to insured individuals, according to the law, and correlated to social insurance contributions. Social insurance renderings are all benefits granted to uninsured individuals, without incomes, people who are in need of social services and social renderings (money or goods).	en
