Abstract:
The employer possesses a large spectrum of the patrimonial rights on the employee’s invention, to which first of all is referred the right on filing the application for a patent on the employee’s invention. In the case of issue of the patent in his name, the employer become the owner of the exclusive rights on the employee’s invention, that is he has possibility to use the invention protected by the patent to his discretion as well as to interdict utilization thereof by third persons.
