Scopul cercetărilor a fost testarea comparativă, în hrana albinelor, a unor suplimente nutritive obținute din biomasa cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis, cultivate în prezenţa unor compuşi organici coordinativi de generaţie nouă şi elaborarea, în baza acesteia, a unor noi suplimente nutritive şi procedee de hrănire a familiilor de albine în perioadele deficitare de cules în natură. Cercetările au fost efectuate pe 5 loturi analoage cu familii de albine, a câte 10 familii în fiecare lot, care au primit în hrană la începutul lunii aprilie, peste o zi, pe parcursul a 2 săptămâni, câte 100 ml de amestec nutritiv de sirop din zahăr cu apă (1:1), la fiecare interval de faguri populat cu albină. Pentru familiile de albine din loturile experimentale (II, III, IV şi V) siropul de zahăr a fost îmbogăţit cu diferite suplimente nutritive obţinute din extractul biomasei cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis cultivate în prezenţa unor compuşi organici coordinativi. Suplimentele nutritive au fost administrate în cantitate de 20 mg substanţă uscată la 1L de amestec. Familiile de albine din lotul II au primit în hrană suplimentul bioactiv Apispir, lotul III - Apispir Zn, lotul IV - Apispir Cr şi din lotul V - Apispir Fe Se. Rezultatele cercetătilor au demonstrat că hrănirea albinelor, primăvara devreme, în perioada deficitară de cules în natură, cu amestec nutritiv din sirop de zahăr îmbogăţit cu suplimente bioactive obţinute din extractul biomasei Spirulina platensis cultivate în prezenţa unor compuşi organici coordinativi a contribuit la creşterea semnificativă a prolificităţii mătcii – cu 607 – 1390 ouă/24 ore sau 32,6–74,4 % (td = 2,93 – 8,99; P < 0,01 - 0,001), cantităţii de puiet căpăcit - cu 73– 67 sute celule sau 32,6–74,6 % (td = 2,92–8,99; P < 0,01-0,001), puterii familiei - cu 0,40–0,56 kg sau 18,1–25,3 % (td = 3,54–4,95; P < 0,01-0,001), intensităţii de zbor a albinelor - cu 1,89–2,21 albine/minut sau 19,7–23,1 % (td = 2,67–3,32; P < 0,05-0,01), rezistenţei la boli - cu 10,8–14,9 puncte absolute sau 13,4–18,5 % (td = 7,66–9,76; P < 0,001), viabilităţii puietului - cu 11,5–14,4 puncte absolute sau 14,2–17,7 % (td = 10,7–11,8; P < 0,001), cantităţii de ceară crescute în cuib - cu 1,46 – 1,71 faguri crescute sau 41,0 – 48,0 % (td = 2,46–2,78; P < 0,01), cantităţii de păstură - cu 17,9–36,4 sute celule sau 52,5–206,7 % (td = 2,76–6,59; P < 0,05-0,001) şi cantităţii de miere acumulate în cuib - cu 1,44–2,71 kg sau 53,1–90,0 % (td = 3,45–7,4; P < 0,01-0,001).
The purpose of the research was a comparative testing, in bee feeding, of various nutritional supplements derived from the Spirulina platensis cianobacteries biomass cultivated in the presence of some organic coordinative compounds of the new generation, and the development, on its basis, of new nutritional supplements and feeding methods of bee families during the periods of poor harvesting in nature. The research was performed on five identical bee family batches, each batch composed of ten families, which received 100 ml of nutritional mixture of sugar syrup with water (1:1) per comb space populated with bees at the beginning of April, every other day, during two weeks. For the bee families from the experimental batches (II, III, IV, and V), the sugar syrup was enriched with different nutritional supplements obtained from the Spirulina platensis biomass extract, cultivated in the presence of some organic coordinative compounds. The nutritional supplements were administered in an amount of 20 mg of dry matter per liter of the mixture. The bee families from batch II got the bioactive supplement Apispir in the food, the bees from batch III received Apispir Zn, those from batch IV Apispir Cr, and the bees from batch V Apispir Fe Se. The results of the research demonstrate that feeding bees with a nutritional mixture of sugar syrup enriched with the bioactive supplements obtained from the Spirulina platensis biomass extract cultivated in the presence of some organic coordinative compounds in early spring during the poor harvesting in nature has contributed to a significant increase of the queens prolificacy, by 607– 1,390 eggs/24 hours, or 32.6–74.4 % (td = 2.93–8.99; P < 0.01–0.001) of the capped brood quantity, by 73–167 hundred of cells or 32.6–74.6 % (td = 2.92–8.99; P < 0.01–0.001), the bee family strength by 0.40–0.56 kg, or 18.1–25.3 % (td = 3.54–4.95; P < 0.01-0.001), bee flight intensity by 1.89–2.21 bees/minute, or 19.7–23.1 % (td = 2.67–3.32; P < 0.05-0.01), resistance to diseases by 10.8–14.9 absolute points, or 13.4–18.5 % (td = 7.66–9.76; P < 0.001), brood viability by 11.5–14.4 absolute points, or 14.2–17.7 % (td = 10.7–11.8; P < 0.001), the wax quantity grown in the nest by 1.46–1.71 of grown combs, or 41.0–48.0 % (td = 2.46–2.78; P < 0.01), pasture quantity by 17.9–36,4 hundred of cells, or 52.5–206.7 % (td = 2.76–6.59; P < 0.05-0.001), and the honey quantity collected in the nest by 1.44–2.71 kg, or 53.1–90.0 % (td = 3.45–7.4; P < 0.01 – 0.001).
Целью исследований былo сравнительное испытание в рацион пчелам некоторых кормовых добавок, полученных из биомассы цианобактерии Spirulina platensis, выращенной в присутствии некоторых органических координационных соединений нового поколения и разработка, на этой основе, новых кормовых добавок и способов кормления пчелиных семей в периоды недостаточного сбора в природе. Исследования были проведены на 5 группах аналогах пчелиных семей, по 10 семей в каждой группе, которые получали в корм в начале апреля месяца, через день, на протяжении 2-х недель, по 100 мл кормовой смеси сахарного сиропа с водой (1:1), на каждую улочку заселенную пчелами. Для пчелиных семей экспериментальных групп (II, III, IV и V), сахарный сироп был обогащен разными кормовыми добавками полученными из экстракта биомассы цианобактерии Spirulina platensis, выращенной в присутствии некоторых органических координационных соединений. Кормовые добавки были разбавлены в количестве 20 мг сухого вещества на 1 л сахарного сиропа. Пчелиные семьи II-й группы получали в корм биоактивную добавку Apispir, III-й группы - Apispir Zn, IV-й группы - Apispir Cr и V-й группы -Apispir Fe Se. Результаты исследований показали, что подкормка пчел рано весной, в период недостаточного сбора в природе, кормовой смесью сахарного сиропа обогащенного биоактивными добавками, полученными из экстракта биомассы цианобактерии Spirulina platensis, выращенной в присутствии некоторых органических координационных соединений, способствовала достоверному росту плодовитости пчеломаток – на 607 – 1390 яиц/сутки или 32,6–74,4 % (td = 2,93 – 8,99; P < 0,01 - 0,001), количества запечатанного приплода - на 73– 67 сотен ячеек или 32,6–74,6 % (td = 2,92–8,99; P < 0,01-0,001), силы семьи - на 0,40–0,56 kг или 18,1–25,3 % (td = 3,54–4,95; P < 0,01-0,001), интенсивности лета пчел - на 1,89–2,21 пчел/мин или 19,7–23,1 % (td = 2,67–3,32; P < 0,05-0,01), устойчивости к болезням - на 10,8–14,9 баллов или 13,4–18,5 % (td = 7,66–9,76; P < 0,001), выживаемости приплода - на 11,5–14,4 баллов или 14,2–17,7 % (td = 10,7–11,8; P < 0,001), количества наращенного воска в гнезде - на 1,46 – 1,71 соты или 41,0 – 48,0 % (td = 2,46–2,78; P < 0,01), количества перги - на 17,9–36,4 сотен ячеек или 52,5–206,7 % (td = 2,76–6,59; P < 0,05-0,001) и количества меда накопленного в гнезде – на 1,44–2,71 kг или 53,1–90,0 % (td = 3,45–7,4; P < 0,01-0,001).
