The national labor legislation was supplemented for the first time in 2020 with regulatory provisions allowing the use of advanced qualified electronic signatures for the conclusion, amendment and termination of individual employment contracts relating to telework. The advent of such regulations was dictated by the pandemic and the need to move the undirected performance of contractual employment relations to a place other than the one organized imperative by the employer. As a consequence of these processes, the importance of the possibility of using electronic signatures and the exchange of electronic documents in employment relationships has been highlighted.
