Abstract:
The domain of private international law consists mainly of: conflict of jurisdiction, conflict of laws and legal status of the foreigner. The consecutiveness in question is a logical one because it is interdependent. The correctness of the settlement of the jurisdiction agreement influences the resolution of the conflicts of laws in favour of the law competent to regulate the legal relationship with an element of foreignness as well as the legal effects in other jurisdictions of acquired rights.
