Abstract:
The establishment of the partnership between the public administration and the
private sector, the privatization, the increase and diversification of employment oppor-
tunities and the increasing use of the institution representing the interest groups, have
radically changed the relations between the public and the private sector, as well as the
perception of these relations. by society. Under these conditions, it is inevitable that such
situations will arise when former public officials re-profile themselves and find themsel-
ves in similar fields only in the private sector. This so-called “migration” of civil servants
has received many names such as “pantouflage” or “revolving door phenomenon”.
