The judicial organization in all times constituted an important factor for the society because it is a field in which are involved all the social strata. Because of this even Constantin Mavrocordat paid a special attention to the judicial organization during the period of reforms implementation. Namely in that period there began to be mplemented the first democratic principles in the field of justice.
